A deadly virus called Necrotizing Feceitis M is running rampant through Midwest America killing the living and reviving the dead. Maxx sees this plague first hand.

As a young boy, he witnesses his father’s transformation with no explanation. As time moves forward the virus mysteriously returns and begins to take a toll on Maxx’s hometown.

Life changes quickly for Maxx and his friends, as survival becomes a struggle. The group is consumed one by one as Maxx prepares for his final face off with the walking dead.
