Donna and Joel Gregory (Kate Jackson and Robert Wagner) are busy researching a book about highly revered and long-dead Hollywood film goddess Lorna Love.
They decide to visit Lorna’s estate, where they stay while interviewing old “friends” of Lorna. Things get sticky when Joel, whose father had had a passionate affair with Lorna, quickly becomes obsessed with the deceased movie star.
Suddenly, their lives are in jeopardy, and it’s up to Donna to try to break the spell that has her husband acting strangely and her marriage creeping towards trouble.
