The Pilates Edition was created in cooperation with the renowned “Pilates Coach Germany” institute.
The Pilates method strives to connect elements of standard fitness training, dance, yoga, breathing exercises and physical therapy, shaping it into a holistic training method that affects both body and soul. Focused stretching–and fortifying exercises in connection with focused breathing–will lead to a strengthened muscle apparatus of the pelvis, abdominal and back muscles.
