Scientist Alfred Malone is having a bad day. First, the “MEN IN BLACK” show up at his office and tell him that the end of the world is coming. Then, he’s abducted and taken to their secret base in Puerto Rico, where vicious alien Chupacabras roam the outside jungle. Here, he’s given the choice to join their sinister ranks or take a walk.

But Alfred isn’t the only human having a bad day on earth-there’s also victor, a hood who not only has the police after him but the evil Mr. Celestine, the leader of a new crime family that has taken over Chicago’s rather unsavory business. They find out that you just don’t know what lurks UNDER THE SKIN.
